Наткнулся на одном форуме на http://internet.yandex.ru/, данный сервис показывает ваш IP-адрес и скорость Интернет-соединения. Сразу скажу, мог бы точнее показывать. Конечно, если Вам надо померить скорость, то лучше посетить speedtest.net (ИМХО).
